** Bus will leave Central @ 1:30 PM - Students, please be prompt and on time!
    Hello Parents:
We have the opportunity for your student athlete(s) to receive a "FREE" sports physical for the upcoming school year. Included in this will be a "FREE" EKG and ECHO (if necessary).
Transportation to and from the school will be provided with a parent permission slip. They are attached to the T.O.P.S. Sports Physical packet that's up for grabs in the athletic office. The permission slip MUST be signed before the students may board the bus.
    1. Attached to the T.O.P.S. Sports Physical packet (in the athletic office) is the AIA/District approved sports physical papers.
There are two areas that the parent/guardian needs to have  signed so that the student can receive their sports physicals.
This sport physical will cover your student athlete for the following 2015-2016 school year.

  • Health Alert
With the flu and cold season upon us, our school nurses request that you not send your student to school if he/she is ill. We have had several students arrive at school sick, and check in with the school nurse at the direction of their parents. Not only does this overburden the school health centers, but sick students run the risk of infecting others. For more details about when not to send your child to school click here:
